Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

We use Influitive to connect with our customers online. It's been a valuable tool!
  • Great customer success team, they are thoroughly invested in the success of their clients long-term
  • Easy to use solution out of the box
  • Fast support when needed
  • The referral piece wasn't enough for us as it didn't manage payouts so we had to add on a second solution
  • Integrations - Tango Card is a nightmare to deal with when there's an issue
  • Review generation has increased
  • Surveying our customers for new products
  • We've gotten some new business referrals through it
Excellent support- that's Influitive's best feature in my opinion. Support is fast to resolve issues and the customer success team works with us on a biweekly basis to strategize campaigns & the future of the program.
It's great to get unfiltered feedback from our customers through Influitive- the product team has found that very helpful. We can lean on our customers in Influitive when we need something from them, too (reviews, testimonials, surveys etc)

Influitive is great if you want to manage community within your business and give your customers an open forum to discuss with each other & your brand. It does take a lot of work & time to manage so would recommend Influitive if you're a company with the resources to truly put behind it.
