We manage our large global advocacy program through Influitive. All acts of customer advocacy [are] managed through this program as well as any prospects that are looking to become engaged in our global advocacy program.
  • Maintains all point status for our advocates
  • Engages all advocates in a community that is truly based on their advocacy needs.
  • Creates a secure networking environment for advocates and prospects
  • Creativity! This gives advocacy a creative brand
  • Connection with CRM system and our reference program.
  • More out-of-the-box solutions. We are lucky that we have an amazing web and brand team but if you do not have access to that it can be hard to get your hub where it needs to be from a branding standard.
  • Better networking opportunities for managers of the program.
  • Increased Customer engagement

If you have an assigned CSM it is a great tool with using Influitive. The overall general support mailbox is not necessarily always the right route for our company due to how complex our integration can be with the point of reference. I highly recommend leaning on your CSM for support as they know the platform and your setup best.
We mainly focus on using Influitive for the benefits of customer advocacy. This allows our program manager to work with every part of marketing and product to reach our advocates for several different [tasks] at once. It then allows our advocates to participate in the acts of advocacy that are most comfortable to them.

Influitive is a great platform that can help you manage 1,000+ advocates for your business. This helps you have direct access to your advocates and rewards them through the gamification process in the online portal. This platform helps [you] grow your community but it is worth using for a large [number] of advocates. It would be a bit overwhelming if you are starting from scratch with growing your advocate base.
