Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

The software allows us, in the context of management engineering courses, to successfully simulate, together with students, who improvise customers or employees, realistic situations relating to products hypothesized by the students themselves to verify their marketing in relation to their promotion and marketing. The creation of contingent communities made up of students allows to carry out the prefixed analyzes.

The support is positive. Despite this, since it is not a structured software even for educational purposes, it is sometimes not easy to solve the problems related to the functionality of the program itself that arise from time to time in the simulation of marketing advocacy or customer marketing situations.
Working in the didactic and educational field of management engineering, the software guarantees the opportunity for good marketing and product business simulations. In these simulations the students are always personally involved and are encouraged to collaborate. So, even if in our case we are dealing with simulations and not real situations, Influitive guarantees the success of the market analysis of the products that the students hypothesize and would like to sell.
Unfortunately, having not used other similar products, I cannot indicate how Influitive differs or is better than similar products. In my case, the software was suggested to me by colleagues. Since I have no other knowledge about similar software at the moment, I accepted the suggestion. I intend to verify in the future whether similar programs also exist in free educational versions or are better than Influitive.

The software works quite well, as mentioned, on an educational level for educational purposes. The simulation of commercial product marketing improvement scenarios through customer advocacy allows students to better understand the mechanisms of product enhancement and promotion. However, since there is no educational version just for educational simulations, it sometimes complicates the use of the software itself which does not allow to eliminate some functions.
