We use Influitive to house two online communities for our company. Influitive allows us to connect with thousands of customers and partners across the world, providing opportunities to connect that would have otherwise been impossible.
  • Their teams are extremely supportive and a fantastic resource for suggestions and ideas.
  • They take feedback on board to improve the experience for the customer and end user.
  • They provide opportunities to connect with other community managers and increase knowledge.
  • They could improve the speed they resolve feature requests.
  • They could provide a roadmap of features that are being worked on.
  • By acting as references to prospects, our Influitive community members have secured over one million dollars worth of new business.
  • Our community members provide case studies and marketing materials that our marketing team can use globally.
The Influitive team have been incredibly helpful every step of the way. From the very beginning to bringing our hubs to fruition, they have given time, energy, ideas and support to ensure our hubs can thrive. They are always willing to jump on a call to assist. As an EMEIA-based customer, I appreciate having their customer service team available to support multiple time zones.
We have benefited significantly from both of these areas. Our hub allows us to connect and build brand advocates but also encourages community behaviour with our hub members, increasing retention and creating evangelists of the brand.

Influitive is brilliant for online communities both for internal advocates and external advocates. It works particularly well to provide connection opportunities globally with your customers and/or partners. The reporting allows you to track ROI and engagement in your communities. You are able to tailor your content and design aesthetic to reflect your brand.
