Overall Satisfaction with Influitive AdvocateHub

Influitive make building real relationships with your best customers easy. By gamifying the experience, customers provide reviews, referrals, and references for your company in a way that is engaging and rewarding for them, and you get the benefit of all those activities for your company.

Think about something you want a customer to do for you: product feedback, usability session, beta-test, customer advisory board, voice of the customer programs...Influitive makes all of that a snap.

Seeing tremendous ROI after using it for a year and will see more to come as we are a SaaS company.

Pros

  • The application is easy to use.
  • Onboarding was quick.
  • The coaching has been helpful in setting goals and hitting those goals.

Cons

  • Price is high for smaller companies.
  • Other add-ons to the Hub can get pricey.
  • Lack of true customization options without paying more.
  • Over $100K in revenue tied to advocacy.
  • Over $950K in opportunities in the pipeline tied to advocacy.
Influitive is the thought-leader and category creator.
It is great for customers with a large pool of customers to work with that are looking to take their marketing to the next level. If you are a smaller organization, it may not make sense until you have enough customers to leverage a platform like Influitive.
