Overall Satisfaction with INFUSE

We use INFUSE for our Content Syndication and BANT lead generation campaigns. They are helping us fill our pipeline and bookings goals with the leads they send to our team. They help us find new prospects in our ICPs to help generate awareness and drive them down our sales funnel.

Pros

  • Account Management - The account managers we work with are great to work with
  • Flexibility - They are very flexible to customize each issue we have
  • Data Accuracy - The leads they send us are all within our ICPs and workable
  • We have increased our MQLs
  • We increased our Pipeline
  • CPL is inline with our other vendors
Luckily, we haven't had to submit too many support tickets. For the few tickets we have had to submit, the support team was able to send us updates right away. They were very well-versed in our issues and worked with our third-party vendors on our integration issues. We had a very pleasant experience working with their support team.
We are working with many content syndication and BANT lead gen companies. INFUSE is one of the top vendors we have seen some great success with. The targeting is all on point and accurate, the content and assets they help us create are all in line with our brand guidelines, and the lead quality is one of the best out of all of our vendors.

We love how easy everyone at INFUSE is to work with. The sales team is not too pushy. They work within our budgets and still give us the white glove treatment no matter our budget size. The account managers are very responsive. They answer all of our questions and work closely with us to align our campaign KPIs.
