Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We probably solved all the common problems faced by contract managers. In particular, the steps and time required for approvals and signatures have been reduced. We increased the speed of contract processing and the time it takes to sign the contract. We have organized our contracts into workspaces and via spreadsheets. Improved compliance and data security.

Especially if you store your contracts in the cloud, like we do in SharePoint, Inhubber helps you organize them into workspaces and by lables. Especially if you have hundreds of documents, you can rely on AI to label and pre-organize them for you. The digital signature included in every pricing plan saves a lot of time, since you don't have to switch platforms to sign contracts. Moreover, you can also sign Excel and zip files.
