Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I use Insightly myself and help some customers introduce it in their companies. It is a simple to use CRM that can improve a sales organization.
  • Simple to use.
  • Allows a company to understand if it is a CRM that they need.
  • The new reporting system looks less user friendly than the previous one, even with more features.
  • The very [recent] new free accounts allows only two users, instead of three as previously.
  • The app for Android could be better.
  • More efficiency, nothing is lost anymore.
  • Task and activity planning.
  • The use of a CRM forces an organization to discuss, agree and share processes.
I suggest Insightly to many customers of mine. I think the only limit (but surely not for anyone) is the absence of a link with your admin database.

I only needed support once, and the answer was outstanding. Support was quick, and personal, with a "real" person on the other side. It's not that much as an experience, but I felt there was great company at the other side of the wire.

Because it's excellent, with the only limitations being the app (could be better) and the reporting system (too complicated).
