Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
I use Insightly myself and help some customers introduce it in their companies. It is a simple to use CRM that can improve a sales organization.
- Simple to use.
- Allows a company to understand if it is a CRM that they need.
- The new reporting system looks less user friendly than the previous one, even with more features.
- The very [recent] new free accounts allows only two users, instead of three as previously.
- The app for Android could be better.
- More efficiency, nothing is lost anymore.

- The use of a CRM forces an organization to discuss, agree and share processes.
Insightly Feature Ratings
I only needed support once, and the answer was outstanding. Support was quick, and personal, with a "real" person on the other side. It's not that much as an experience, but I felt there was great company at the other side of the wire.
