Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly is the CRM of choice for The Neoteric Group and for our other line of business (Ignite Your Passion). We use Insightly on a daily basis to track our leads, opportunities, sales funnel, success rate and project progress. It allows me to ensure that all leads and opportunities are followed up with in a timely manner and track our projects through to completion.
Pros
- Lead and opportunity tracking so we never miss an opportunity for follow up
- Customization for key project milestones - improves ease of use
- Project tracking and communication re: projects - improves communication and task setting
Cons
- It currently meets all of our needs for a CRM
- Increased Sales
- Improved efficiency
- Centralized contact management
- Streamlined business processes
The above outcomes have been achieved as Insightly allows my business to ensure that we stay ahead of our opportunities and have efficient task and project management.
