Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
I am the only one in my organization that is using Insightly. I use it to keep track of my tasks. I get task requests via email, phone and in person and needed a way to keep track of it all.
Pros
- Color coded labels for categories
- Can relate tasks to projects
- Send email reminders at specific times
Cons
- When a project is copied, it would be nice if all the tasks copied with it.
- Comments that are added to tasks are too low on the page.
- Be able to add attachments to tasks without having to add it through a comment.
- Improved efficiency
Personally, it has helped me to track my work and prioritize based on due dates. Because my tasks come from everyone in the company, pulling it all from my email was becoming a challenge. Insightly helped me to mange all the tasks. I am the only one using it, so I am only assigning tasks to myself.
I previously used Salesforce to pull my tasks from but it was used company wide. I think Salesforce was good for connecting account information with tasks and more. Insightly is good for having one large feed of tasks to work off of.
