Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We're using it in our team only. We use it to manage our investment pipeline opportunities.
- Clearily list all our opportunities in a single view.
- Manage a significant amount of information with no delays.
- Easy to use.
- Allows usage of custom fields as well as custom flows of information.
- No integration with Outlook (not 365) which doesn't help to keep all information easily updated.
- Interface is simple to use but it's getting a bit outdated in terms of design.
- Doesn't automatically gather information about contacts or companies from public information. That would significantly speed up the workflow.
We used Excel files and Slack and thought about testing Hubspot (but didn't effectively).
