Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Currently, I am the only Insightly user. I manage many suppliers and vendors in the construction lifecycle, and Insightly helps me keep track of key contacts, connections, customers and partners. Construction projects often consist of many different players from a number of companies and departments. It saves me from rework.

Most of these outcomes are not related to my job/org. As a utility contractor we have a fairly well determined customer base - sales and marketing are not something we often need to employ.
I like it best because it is so easy to use and the free version is not terribly limiting.
