Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
I use Insightly for relationship management with individuals and organizations. My job requires constant interaction with individuals and organizations, most of which are ongoing connections. Insightly allows me to track information learned about individuals for relationship building, make notes on conversations, add tasks for follow up, and set reminders for future meetings or items to address. The app allows access to review past meetings and discussion points prior to future meetings so we can pick up where we left off.
- Excellent organization of individuals and organizations.
- Simple access to history and notes on contacts.
- Ability to add tasks with reminders for follow up on contacts
- GUI feels a little dated, it could be refreshed
- Emails forwarded to Insightly could be easier to organize and connect to the correct contacts
- A daily reminder of tasks on the app would be helpful
- Centralized contact management
Contact management is easy with Insightly. The merger of organizations and individuals is extremely helpful to avoid duplication. A single place that stores all interaction information and that is accessible from any device is essential.
