Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We are using it as a CRM to track leads, sales, revenue opportunities and closed business. It is being used by the sales team only. We use it as a tracking mechanism to compare against our individual budgeted goals.
Pros
- It's user-friendly and intuitive
- Its customization allows us to create needed functionality
- The reporting functions are robust
Cons
- It's not always easy to find answers in the "help" section when errors occur
- There are some areas of missing functionality, but I can't recall specifics at this time
- I wish I could send reports directly to management via the CRM that are non-users and non-license holders
- Increased Sales
Yes, because we are able to keep better track of opportunities and workflow
