Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use it as a department. It is used to house all of our details regarding every tour we are currently working on. By keeping all of our data in Insightly everyone is able to see what is going on with any given account without having to take a lot of time to dig through emails, retrace written notes, etc.
  • Being able to link Evernote - and have it update immediately - is very helpful. Anyone who looks at my projects or opportunities is able to view these notes and see where I am at.
  • Being able to link emails to specific opportunities/projects is very helpful.
  • The Outlook plugin isn't always reliable. It takes a very long time to connect sometimes and I have to log in multiple times.
  • Improved efficiency
Right now, it is still a work in progress as everyone works to alter their current procedures and routines to include Insightly. It can be a bit clunky and redundant, but it is improving and very helpful for those outside the office to understand what is going on in each account.

I was not a part of this process.
It is very helpful in our department - as many of our roles are similar to a project manager. I can stay in one opportunity or project and complete all of my tasks before I move on to the next one. For those who are constantly bouncing around in all different clients associated with all different projects, that might get a little tricky keeping track of everything.
