Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is used to track communications with members of our trade association. It is mostly used by one team within our organization as we have the most contact with our members. It addresses the issue of having multiple records saved in multiple locations and the complete lack of visibility between team members. It also allows us to quantify our communications.

Be able to better serve our members and decrease the amount of issues that slip through the cracks. Increase the number of touches we have with members. Take better advantage of in person communication with follow up that is timely and more meaningful.
Insightly seemed a little simpler and less expensive than Salesforce. For a smaller company or team, Insightly seemed to be a better fit. They also offer very competitive pricing for a non-profit organization like ours.
Insightly is well suited to business/sales applications. You can set up many work flows and pipelines to make your processes more automated. Our situation is a little different as we just have members and are not trying to make sales. Seems to offer good tracking of leads, opportunities, tasks, and projects.
