Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly is been used across the board in our small organization. It helps us to first have all information about our clients in one place, and to ensure that everyone is on the same page. It helps us to lead our clients through a pipeline leading to eventual sale, and thereafter we use the project management capabilities to deliver service to our clients.

One of the problems we had before deploring Insightly was that we could not keep track our client and their needs. We have lost a lot of clients by not keeping up with their needs. However, with Insightly, clients are assigned and followed-up, and we are experiencing increased sales and revenue.
First it is very rare to find a CRM that combines the traditonal CRM function as well as Project Management. Insightly is not as pricey as other CRMs like Salesforce or Infusionsoft. The free version is a great way for a small business owner to actually use the CRM for as long as possible.
