Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
I use Insightly as a tool for my job search, such as a personal CRM. It supports me in "multi-tasking", not to lose the overview as I have several job-offers open in parallel. Task management is one of the most used features. Using the Android app does not cover my requirements.
- Task management and notifications about tasks
- Self-defining of Reports is great - although I cannot add ALL fields (e.g. Phone number of a contact linked to an opportunity)
- Overview of opportunities: Defining the view.
- Contact sorting by the Last Name not possible
- Time format only h:i A possible: In Europe, we usually use Date/time format d.m.Y, H:i
- It's quite hard to get an overview of all progress notes for all opportunities.

I want the overview of parallel opportunities and tasks.
No significant gain, so I kept Insightly.
