Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
I am a consultant and use Insightly for several clients to enhance their business development. I keep track of contacts, connections, proposals, and sales through Insightly.
- Being able to search for contacts, opportunities etc.
- I like the layout of how notes and opportunities fall under the contact.
- I like how if you only have part of the word it will still pop up in the search.
- I like how you can pull custom reports easily.
- I would prefer if you could creat a new account under a contact instead of having to go out of the contact page to create it.
- Increased Sales
Yes, I am able to keep on top of my opportunities to move forward.

I have used Salesforce and Insightly is much more flexible and easy to use.
