Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

It is being used by a limited number of individuals within my immediate department.

Pros

  • Exceptional reporting and alert capability
  • An abundant number of templates for use across multiple applications
  • Email capacity is quite large

Cons

  • Not best suited for very large-scale businesses
  • Reporting capability is great but there could be additional options for customization
  • Sometimes there are results in duplicate entries/records which can lead to unproductive time
  • Lack of lead pipelines hurts ROI
  • Incredible user interface
  • Tracking organization hierarchies could be cleaner
It is well suited for reporting but limited at times in terms of templates.
