It is being used by a limited number of individuals within my immediate department.
- Exceptional reporting and alert capability
- An abundant number of templates for use across multiple applications
- Email capacity is quite large
- Not best suited for very large-scale businesses
- Reporting capability is great but there could be additional options for customization
- Sometimes there are results in duplicate entries/records which can lead to unproductive time
- Lack of lead pipelines hurts ROI
- Incredible user interface
- Tracking organization hierarchies could be cleaner
