Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We sell machinery to multiple industries ranging from breweries to biofuels. We are frequently working with dozens of potential customers with a sales cycle that can measure from 3 months to a year or even more. With these long cycles it is very helpful to have a tool to manage the often multiple contacts at a company and multiple events from trials to proposals.

For most users Insightly will be comparable to Salesforce. Salesforce has some high end functionality Insightly won't have, but for the basics it has it all. Salesforce has way better email integration into Gmail, but I actually find the Insightly interface a little more intuitive and easier to customize.

Insightly is so easy to setup and so intuitive. Easy to generate your reports and the iPhone app is very easy to use. Wish the email was a little more tightly integrated into Gmail, but Insightly does everything you would expect a CRM to do. Great t-shirts too!
I give this a 9 in spite of the fact that I've never needed support. That's why I give it a 9 as it is that easy to use and its help sections are so good that I've had no need to reach out for support. The support for the free appears it might be a little light though if you do need it.
Insightly is a great first CRM for people. Rather than just being a free 30 day trial, the free version lets you ease into trying a CRM without any real limits in functionality. Very simple to use, but perhaps without all the high end stuff you find for a super advanced Salesforce user looking to use AI.
