Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
I keep track of bids our department submits for various construction projects. Insightly let's me input multiple bids for the same project with different scopes of work. It also allows me to change the status of any project right on the opportunities home page without having to actually open the opportunity itself.

- I am able to easily report to my director the current bids and projects won as well as lost.
Our CFO and CEO are able to view all department pipelines and to determine what departments are meeting goals and which ones might be struggling. Insightly gives each employee the ability to add deliverable dates directly to projects thus alleviating the need to track down dates and information. Being able to add emails to projects makes it very easy to see if there are any project issues that were addressed.
I have not used any other CRM products.
