Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly CRM primarily to manage prospective sales of our small group product line. Our leads come in either directly from groups or through agents that we work with so the CRM allows us to stay on top of the opportunity and close the sale. Using Insightly CRM allows us to fully optimize our resources and sell as many groups as we can. It also shows us trends in the data so we can identify populations and niches that we should target.
- A modern CRM that is very organized and easy to use
- The dashboards are very easy to put together with an unlimited amount of customization which allows you to have a clear snapshot of the state of the business objectives
- The Insightly support team, is there to help at the drop of a dime and want to do everything they can to help you succeed. They will not only help you with your asks but make suggestions from their plethora of intel.
- There are some minor glitches such as the screen freezing up. You can fix this by refreshing the page and it doesn't happen often but when it does, it does disrupt the flow.
- Pulling a report from multiple objects is limited. You have a lot of options but there are some things you want to be able to pull in together and you can't.
- Items such as Contacts and Organizations don't always link together.
- We have been able to make more sales because of the organization of our opportunities and leads.
- We have been able to retain our sales because of the automation of tasks and projects we have set up to support our sold groups.
- We have created better and closer relationships with our agents which in turn have created more sales for us.
There are many fields from the CRM that we can use to target specific audiences within the Marketing platform. We can create forms in Insightly Marketing that can be shared on our website or in advertising that then can be converted into a Lead in Insightly CRM with the intel filled out based on certain parameters. A specific user or lead assignment rule can be used to notify someone to reach out to the Lead. Everything flows together very well.
