Overall Satisfaction with Intacct
Intacct is being used by the accounting department.
- Intacct provides an excellent transaction history feature that most other accounting software don't.
- Intacct is very easy when it comes to report customization.
- Intacct allows for document attaching (any back up to support entries), which a lot of the other accounting packages don't.
- Intacct does not allow summing of columns which is inconvenient in some reporting.
- Good customer service - every time I called, I got to talk to a live person and be helped on the spot.
Positive over Movex (the user friendly factor is definitely in Intacct)

When the look of Intacct changed in 2013, we had some issues with our formats. I called Intacct and they told me right away what we can and cannot do with the new version.
