Overall Satisfaction with Intacct

We are currently using Intacct as our accounting system. We upgraded from QuickBooks back in October 2013 as the size of our company was growing. Intacct is a great accounting system with a lot customization features to fit your unique company and industry. There are lot of reports available in Intacct, including customization for a lot of the reports. There are a few random limitations and features that are currently unavailable in Intacct which can be frustrating at times, however my overall impression of Intacct is a positive one.

Additionally we recently started using Intacct support. The support staff is very friendly and they complete our requests in a very timely manner. I definitely recommend Intacct over other accounting softwares such as QuickBooks.

Before Intacct we used QuickBooks. Even though QuickBooks Online is very easy to operate, it is very limited and should not be used for a growing company. Intacct is more complicated than QuickBooks, however it has a lot more options and customization features.
We have been using Intacct for 9 months now and we do not see ourselves switching to another accounting system. I am getting more and more familiar with the different features available in Intacct. Additionally, now we have started utilizing Intacct's customer support which has been extremely helpful in some of the features that we are unable to figure out on our own.
Intacct is a great accounting software that can be customized to meet the needs of your business. For example our company's revenue is contract based and there are frequent situations where contracts will be amended. Intacct is very useful in allowing to easily reflect the contract changes in the system in order to help keep track of all our contracts when it comes time to create invoices at the end of the month.
