Overall Satisfaction with Intercom
Intercom is being used across our Customer Success department. We use it to handle incoming questions from clients, and to ensure the proper inquiries assign to the correct user.

- Ability to tag other users and make notes
- Ability to reassign as needed

- Article suggestions for inquiries
- Ability to comment internally on conversations
- Quick response times, quicker customer service
I used to use Hubspot live chat service for support. It always went down, and just wasn't as intuitive and clean as Intercom.
