Overall Satisfaction with Intercom
This is being used by the departments that directly interact with the customers. This acts as a bridge that fills the gap between organisation and the clients. Emails take too much of time to document and then send to wait for a reply. Intercom is a time saving tool which is recommended to be used if you want to save your time and work more efficiently.

Cons
- Text format when copied from another application should be pasted just like the way it was copied.
- Definitely not a cheap option.
- Notification controls.
- Collaborative way of working.
- Live chat features.
- Automation tools and metrics.
- Conversations are better and save time.
- Easy to recognise the fields where clients need help so that a particular person can be assigned to them.
- There are also some grouping features for chats and emails.
- Zendesk Support Suite and Drift
Intercom provides amazing quality of support. Although sometimes they might take few hours to respond but the response that you would receive will be very satisfactory and to the point. It has everything that a user needs. They are easy to do business with. Setting up the software on your PC is also very easy with proper walkthroughs.
