Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

We use Intercom to centralize all customer contacts and create workflows for our different contact numbers. Finally, we can analyze all of our qualifiers through the graphs Intercom offers. Intercom has experienced a drastic change in terms of governance and customer service.

I didn't know anything about Intercom, and I was the person here at the company who did all the configuration. It was extremely easy and didactic, and today, we can do everything we want through Intercom. In addition, making custom graphics is extremely easy.
We easily integrated email, messenger, and WhatsApp into our Intercom, and everything works perfectly.
