Overall Satisfaction with Intercom
I used to use Intercom for handling client conversations via chat where Intercom was connected to my company. Intercom used to use its ai chatting bot for the initial part of the conversation post which it used to get auto assigned to agents where there was a need for intervention.
Pros
- Easy user interface
- Option to use it in dark mode
- Ai chat bot is efficient in handling client queries.
Cons
- It would be great if intercom could connect to Salesforce so that the cases could automatically be linked to accounts.
- Great customer service feedback
