Overall Satisfaction with Intercom
We use it to provide support to our customers via chat and also we escalate cases to tech team. So everything related to support questions - we handle through chats. We also use AI chat bot that you provide and it helps a lot with easy questions.

- AI chat features can be improved to match them to ChatGPT - like better replies that are displayed right away for each message, better understanding of the whole context too and things like that
- Grammarly like auto-suggestions to improve grammar and spelling
- Overall, the more is done for users, us in support - the better in my opinion
- chat support alone - allows us to provide it as an additional feature to charge more from our customers
- ai chatbot replaces 2 workers now
We use some integrations and they work well, so no issues here. We can use it sometimes with Slack, Linear or Github and it works very well and seamlessly.
We tried to use Help Scout for chats but it works so bad comparing to Intercom. Just not that intuitive and miss a lot of features. Help Scout is better for emails and Intercom for chats.
