Overall Satisfaction with Intercom

We use it for customer support. I specifically use it for the help center, product tours, and other announcements.

  • Help Center Articles: optimized the creation and updating of Help Center articles, making the process faster and more reliable.
  • Proactive Support: It has enabled us to work proactively with customers who need support most urgently.
  • Reduced Traffic: With faster access to solutions, customers contact us less frequently for support.
The platform is easy to use, but some areas could be simplified. For example, the way articles are created has improved a lot, but it still needs adjustments. Especially regarding languages, which could be managed by AI, making the work of writers easier and more efficient.
The area I work in does not use integrations.
At the moment, I only use Supademo to record screen tours. It is very intuitive, has a browser extension, and is perfect for recording the onboarding of new features.

For example, works particularly well on real time communication through chat, email. Product tours, checklists and tooltips all allow for easy guiding of users around the platform and help improve onboarding.
