Overall Satisfaction with Intergy EHR
Our company has helped over 100 practices in the migration to, and use of Greenway Intergy EHR and practice management software. Most of our practices use the software throughout the entire organization. One of the benefits of Intergy is its flexibility to handle many different specialties and scenarios.
- Easy to use EMR with customized templates, favorites, and workflows.
- Flexible documentation to work with many provider styles.
- The best reporting capabilities of any system I have worked with.
- Could use a face lift with more window and hover features.
- We have had to use 3rd party for digital signature.
- Would like to see better integration between practice management and the health record.
- Intergy has had a positive ROI. The financial tracking and tools have been easy to use and helped recover additional monies for practices.
- Claim Tracker allows practices to have a real time view of all unpaid claims.
- The E&M calculator helps providers choose the appropriate code for billing compliance.
Other systems we have reviewed had some fancier features, but lacked the reporting needs of practices we have worked with. Being able to dig into all of the financial and clinical data to a very deep level was what made Intergy the best choice. The financial flexibility could not be matched with either of the other systems.
