Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Mailchimp
We use Intuit Mailchimp to reach all out customers, future and past. We love that it helps us keep in connection with those that don't use social media and we get a great response from our campaigns. We love to share updates with what's happening at the park and show our guests our sales we have monthly.

Cons
- More templates aimed for a campground
- We see people booking longer stays from our emails
- It reminds people to come see us again for a vacation
- we get to offer them discounts.
Some people enjoy SMS and some email, so it's nice to have both options to meet customer needs
