Overall Satisfaction with ion interactive

ion interactive is essential to paid interactive marketing supported by my team. From my experience, it benefits the client in that the portfolio performance view is especially useful in regularly sharing with clients the performance and progress of their campaigns.
  • multiple views for portfolio performance
  • user friendly with tutorials
  • stays on top of trending web strategies
  • no custom date range to select for portfolio performance view
  • more flexibility in the drag-and-drop page editor would be appreciated
  • positive—using ion means that multiple team members can access it from anywhere at anytime rather than having to juggle file sharing
  • The drag and drop editor makes building landing pages achievable without extensive coding knowledge.

They offer a great amount of online training, videos, articles, etc. There is usually an answer available if you run into an issue. I would recommend taking advantage of the online training they offer. I wish I would have done it sooner.

I was having some issues with a landing experience, and rather than just telling me what to do, the support personnel actually helped make the necessary changes in my behalf.

Using ion interactive

Overall, I believe that ion interactive is fairly simple to use. However, the interface could be more clean and simple, making it easier to feel comfortable using the software.
