Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light
I do support on-demand and in the last year, I'm using ISL Light for that job. It is faster to solve problems by reaching a client's computer than just doing support over the phone.
- Just logging into the ISL website gives you everything you need to start remote support.
- It has a lot of information about client computers.
- It gives you options for chat or having a webinar.
- File exchange is not intuitive at the moment.
- I need to reach clients and that is all.
