Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

ISL Light is a wonderful tool for remote support. We use it to support end users and we have the agent installed on every computer in the company. Compared to other solutions on the market for remote support, ISL Light is very good because you get complete access remotely and you able to switch users, confirm UAC messages, and so on without getting disconnected and without asking the user to click anything. You can also reboot a machine, send Ctrl_Alt_Delete, and much more.
  • I can switch users while remotely connected, which is great
  • I can use ISL Light to perform a restart on a machine and get access right when the PC is back on
  • It helps my clients to know that I can support them instantly without any need from their side to click something to enable access for support. It helps a lot when a user is struggling to open remote support softwares.
Sometimes I use team-viewer but ISL Light is much better because it is on the PC level, not on user level, so you can switch users while remotely connected.
