Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light
I use ISL Light to support my clients. Often it is easier to see what problems a client is experiencing and it enables me to come up with the correct solution. I've used it to support family and friends' issues. It saves me trying to picture what they are saying and also to spot things which they don't. I can easily discover what versions of various apps they are using.

I was using TeamViewer but in recent years but it is has been too difficult to use, as there are too many different download options required for the various platforms people use. I don't know what they are using and neither do my clients! ISL Light eliminates this problem and allows me and my clients to get on quickly to resolve whatever the problem is. Being able to visualize the problem. Testing out different options save a lot of time for both my clients and also my self. The result is a resolution of problems in 50% of the time.
