Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light
We use ISL to support our customers in our business system. When we are not able to support them by phone or mail we use ISL to connect to the customer's computer, to help them resolve their problem. In some cases, this is the only way we have to help the customer from a distance.
- Simple interface
- Many usable functions
- To connect/download to ISL is often a problem for customers with little IT knowledge. A simpler way for the customer to connect would be nice.
- Ability to operate the customer's computer.
- Fast and simple connection.
- High level of service on our support
- TeamViewer and GetAccept
Both of these other products are really good on the functional part. However, they are a little less good when it comes to easy connecting.
