Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light
We are 100% satisfied with ISL solutions and their helpdesk. App also works like charm on Android devices. ISL Light saved a lot of time for us and our customers in several fields. Last year we had a big project ahead and ISL saved a lot of time for preparation and solving critical topics in the IT field. It helped transparently finish all tasks within planned timeline. It's easy to answer this. ISL Light has practical advantages with a normal or RDP connection. Always-on seems to work better for us and only one number to connect to a client is also more practical than entering numbers and passwords. Also, faster opening and always the up-to-date start of application is superb for our needs.
