Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light
We use to ISL Light online to connect to our clients, that require first and second level IT support before we go on the location and solve the problem if the problem is not solvable remotely. ISL Light is a great tool to connect to most of our customers that need IT support, to check and communicate with the customer about the problem or issue they are having.

- Even easier access for less computer skilled users
- Quicker solved tickets/problems
- Satisfied clients
- We use it as a backup to Remote assistance so sometimes it's not used as often as it could be
We chose ISL Light because of ease of use for our customers and end users, as it's the fastest way of getting a connection to the mentioned user or PC. A big role also plays the reliability of secure connection.
