Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light
ISL Light we use for ad-hoc support for our customers. ISL always On we use it to maintain Servers, Systems, and other devices.
Pros
- Stable
- easy to use
- a lot of features
- excellent support
- Automatic re-connect after a reboot of a remote PC
Cons
- Speed could be a bit faster
- sometimes color issues, even with best settings
- GUI could be a bit more fresh
- saves time with/for custumers
- easy overview of online systems
- good license conditions (unlimited concurrent connections)
ISL Light has support. At AnyDesk, I've paid for 6 years, but after four years, they wanted more money, as they had a new license with only one concurrent session. ISL Light has support, but AnyDesk Support almost does not exist. The ISL address book works fine, but AnyDesk has never worked correctly. I never had problems with the ISL light client, but with AnyDesk, many times, only the Black screen or the session number never occurred. ISL connections are a bit slower and graphic quality is a bit less, but overall I prefer ISL Light.
