Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We primarily use the ISL Light tool to assist employees remotely with IT issues. We also use it for certain training sessions. This tool allows us to respond more quickly and, most importantly, saves our IT staff time, as they don't need to be physically present. A major advantage is that IT staff can log directly into the session without needing permissions from others.

Usability

We use the program on a daily basis. It is in Slovene, a Slovenian product, which we particularly appreciate. It is easy to use and straightforward. The installation of the program is relatively simple. Most importantly, it does not require any additional work or knowledge from the employees. It results in mutual satisfaction.

Alternatives Considered

TeamViewer, Chrome Remote Desktop and AnyDesk

More user-friendly. More affordable. A Slovenian product (which means it supports the Slovene language). User support is very satisfactory and responsive. Simple installation and does not require additional knowledge from colleagues.

Likelihood to Recommend

A colleague calls, saying they've received some sort of warning or error on their computer. ISL Light allows us to immediately check the computer to see what the notification is about and respond accordingly.It would be helpful if ISL Light also had direct voice communication and not just chat. Or perhaps it does have this feature, and we just aren't aware of it.
