Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

We use ISL Light for two main tasks:
server administration with AlwaysOn to have fast and secure access to our clients' servers. end-customer support, we connect to our clients' workstations on demand to provide support Additionally, to access our workstation if we're away from the office.

Pros

  • AlwaysOn in servers
  • Enable administrator mode
  • Enable reboot and reconnect
  • Reboot in safe mode

Cons

  • copy files from the client to our computer, enable right click copy paste
  • Works on Android and iOS
  • It works on macOS, but that's more due to Apple's operating system.
  • Easier to connect with our customers
  • Use of better tools provided with ISL Light
Ease of connection with the end client
Ease of remote server maintenance Easy to use, so you don't have to rely on the end user. That is, you can leave us connected to your PC and we'll perform all the necessary tasks, such as restarting the computer if necessary, switching users, restarting in safe mode, etc.
TeamViewer is too expensive and I don't like the unattended management. AnyDesk doesn't have the functions that I like most about ISL Light.

Compatible with Windows desktops without problems. For Mac, it is not very practical, due to MAC permissions. For Android and iOS devices, it is also very practical.
