ISL Light in our organization is used for IT support to end user and also as support to our clients

  • end user support with windows problems
  • end user support with ERP problem

Cons

  • file transfer could be easier
  • we save a lot of time
  • we can support users when working from home
it is very user friendly interface
ISL technical support is always available and prepare to help. They have very deep knowledge about product.
