Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

We use it to offer remote support to our customers and do remote maintenance of our business customers their devices. We also use the webchat function to communicate with customers and help them remotely. So the product addresses the business problems related to remote support and remote maintenance of our customers.

Pros

  • Connect with whatever Windows based device
  • Allow management of files remotely
  • Stable connections and high performance
  • Great support

Cons

  • The option to disable keyboard/mouse during session
  • Whitelabel functionality - customize how it looks even further
  • Better Wake-on-Lan support
  • Eased our remote support
It's really easy to use because of the simple number based session login. It also allows integration with software.

We've tried LogMeIn, TeamViewer and TSPlus - but ISL Light Online is the best - especially the option to self-host to increase privacy and data concerns is a must have. Add to that the amazing support from the support team and the continious development of new features and fixing of bugs.
