Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

We use it to offer remote support to our customers and do remote maintenance of our business customers their devices. We also use the webchat function to communicate with customers and help them remotely. So the product addresses the business problems related to remote support and remote maintenance of our customers.

Way better support, easier to connect as it only uses a short number instead of an id and password - better connection and more stable
