Overall Satisfaction with isolved
iSolved is being used for payroll and human resources and is being used company wide by the department managers and/supervisors. The managers/supervisors don't use the human resources portion of the software but rather the time keeping portion.

- Sometimes when recording notes or corrective actions, the back button doesn't work
- Changing up items that I search in the menu bar because I sometimes can't remember them LOL
- Again, the allocations to all of our different parking lots and garages
I have used several other payroll companies in the past and I have not been impressed with them. Paychex has no support system. We outgrew QuickBooks.
