Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We use iSolved for Payroll and minimal HR functions. The idea of online data entry by us was difficult to get used to at first - but we have discovered it really does work well. They also do our Payroll Quarterly Reports, Payroll Taxes, and Direct Deposits. That works really well. Our employees can download their app on their phone and follow with their checks.

  • Keeping track of hire & termination dates/rehire dates/vacation/paid sick time/holiday pay
  • The reporting feature could be more user friendly - currently it is a bit complicated and difficult to find what you want
  • Customer Service - but they are working hard to change that.
  • We were able to institute pay cards and direct deposit

They do a great job processing payroll. We currently have 83 employees. They also do our W2's and 1095's.

The time and attendance seems a bit much for most of our guys that are not computer literate so we still handle manual time cards. (Construction workers)

Reporting and carry over vacation is a bit cumbersome at times. Reimbursements are limited to one account - not so great for departmentalized
