Overall Satisfaction with Infinisource iSolved

We use Infinisource iSolved at our agency, but mainly just for payroll administration. Our current HR/accounting person prefers paper (ugh). For our Employee Benefits clients, we have often recommended Infinisource iSolved for a full HCM/HRIS experience including payroll, PTO, benefits enrollment and administration, time & attendance, HR management, and data integration (EDI) with benefits carriers.

  • Ongoing benefits administration.
  • EDI has proven somewhat difficult to set up.
  • Effective date vs Start Date vs other dates get mixed up.
  • We have several satisfied clients that have used Infinisource iSolved.
PrismHR is exclusive to PEO, BerniePortal is best for small groups, UltiPro is mainly just a bit prettier, and BambooHR is one that a valued client chose and enjoyed but seems nearly identical in function. I think Infinisource iSolved would stack up to any of these for a start-to-finish system that doesn't require multiple logins and portals to achieve required tasks in every aspect of HR from applicant tracking to COBRA and all things in between.
Our agency used a 3rd party payroll vendor that was a partner of Infinisource iSolved so we didn't experience Infinisource iSolved support directly. However, our clients seemed to feel that the support was more than satisfactory. We never fielded complaints from them about their use of Infinisource iSolved or the service they received from it.

Infinisource iSolved is well suited for groups with 25+ employees that have moderate turnover and growth, a diligent HR/accounting/payroll person (or team) that is not afraid of technology and will utilize the full functionality of the modules. It's great for a group that needs the full onboarding, payroll, benefits, termination, COBRA, etc. because it works pretty smoothly through each process without a lot of extra steps.
