Overall Satisfaction with isolved
We use iSolved for our organization's payroll needs. It significantly simplifies payroll processing and tax reporting.
- Ease of payroll processing
- Open Enrollment Wizard saves a lot of work in Accounting
- Very responsive technical support
- Reliable and timely tax returns
- The Report Writer only allows AND operations when using multiple filters. Providing an OR option would increase flexibility
- Reduces workload on Accounting personnel
- Ensures that employment tax returns and payments are made timely
- Cost is reasonable
I havent used a product like this before, I've always done payroll in-house.
