Overall Satisfaction with isolved
isolved is our payroll platform and currently being used by the business office and our accounting firm. It keeps payroll problems and solutions at our figure tips. I am not a payroll professional so its the best resource for a one man show.
- Customer Service..Always available and willing to help solve all things payroll!
- Training...when I moved the this new platform the training was hands on with their staff. I trained in both my office and at Performance with Tiffany.
- Easy...very user friendly software.
- The change to combine Performance and isolved has diminished Customer Service just a little bit. All and all, I am a happy customer.
- It has tracked our payroll since conception of GMC.
